On the day of Trinamool's protest program in Delhi, opposition leader Subhendu Adhikari claimed that the allocation of various central projects for Bengal has been increased manifold under the NDA rule as compared to the UPA rule.

Shubhendu thanked Prime Minister  and the Union Panchayat and Rural Development Minister for this. The officer made a tweet on Monday highlighting the figures.
